Configure OSPF priorities to set DR, BDR, and DRother

The router with the Highest RID (Router-id if set -> Highest Lo -> Highest IP) will automatically become the DR. If RIDs match then the router with the highest priority becomes the DR.

DR

R3(config)#int fa0/0
R3(config-if)#ip ospf priority 255

BDR

R2(config)#int fa0/0
R2(config-if)#ip ospf priority 100

DRother

R1(config)#int fa0/0
R1(config-if)#ip ospf priority 0

You may new to issue the command clear ip ospf process or just down the fa0/0 to force OSPF election.
